We Are A
Private Membership Association
A Private Membership Association allows your care to stay personal. Instead of navigating insurance systems and outside restrictions, your relationship with Dr. Tindle is direct and private. It is built on trust, access, and a shared understanding of your health. This model allows care to be focused, responsive, and centered around you, not a system.
Put Simply.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Dr. Tindle is board certified in Emergency Medicine and brings extensive experience in handling a wide range of medical situations. He is able to assess emergency concerns over the phone or through video consultation, guiding patients with clarity on whether their situation requires a visit to the emergency room, urgent care, or can be managed with simple at-home care.
Through voice or video evaluations, Dr. Tindle provides prescriptions and prescription refills, as well as referrals for necessary testing such as labs, X-rays, imaging, and procedures. He also conducts research and connects patients with other physicians and subspecialists when additional care is needed, including offering guidance on hospital admissions.
Dr. Tindle supports patients by answering medical questions, helping determine the urgency and severity of symptoms, and advising whether immediate care is necessary or if the issue can wait for a primary care provider. He offers second opinions, directs overall patient care, and reviews lab work, imaging, EKGs, MRIs, CT scans, and other diagnostic results. In addition, he provides post-operative, post-lab, and post-trauma evaluations, and can supply documentation such as notes for employers or schools, including exemption letters.

We are all about relationship. Let’s get to know you.
The first step is to schedule a call to meet face to face over video conference.
We would like to hear what you need and are looking for regarding your health and well-being. We will explain how our membership works. In about 20 minutes, together we can determine which membership to invite you to join.
-
Dr. Tindle does not answer to a medical panel or a corporate system with competing priorities. His guidance is not shaped by quotas, protocols, or outside agendas. It is shaped by his experience, his expertise, and a clear understanding of you. His responsibility is simple and personal: your health, your concerns, and the kind of life you want to live. This is a relationship, not a system. Your voice matters here, and your care is guided by what is best for you, not what is required by someone else.

We believe our work/ministry is a deep calling. We are living our passion and feel very deeply about the work we do to provide members with quality health care and consultation. Because of this, we have chosen to claim our status as a 508(c)(1)(a)
Because we will never deny a member care based on financial need, we are able to accept tax deductible donations to support our ministry.

Private Member Associations are a way of doing business in the private sector, rather than the public. Doing business in private prevents government overreach. The rights associated with PMA’s are protected by the US Constitution and its Amendments, the Declaration of Independence, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, among other US founding documents.

We employ a simple membership model allowing patients to choose between an all-inclusive membership, limited membership and a get to know us membership.
The all inclusive provides members with direct access to Dr. Tindle for all their telehealth needs. Any service Dr. Tindle provides is included with this membership. The only additional charges would come from outside services e.g. labs, imaging, or hospital care, including care by other specialists.
